We are proud to Guarantee all our products and workmanship.
Paul @ Caravan Windows and Doors undertake to;
- Repair or replace faulty Upvc material, free off charges should any fault appear due to defective materials or workmanship for a period of 10 years.
- Glass sealed units carry the manufactures Guarantee of one year against condensation appearing inside the unit
- All Hardware comes with its own manufacturers guarantee of one year.
The warranty does not extend to;
- Minor imperfections within the glass, nor the incidence of condensation (except within the sealed unit).
- Damage or fault due to accident, misuse or neglect by the purchaser.
- Premature failure of materials due to the purchaser failing to carry out product maintenance.
- The removal and/or repositioning of part or whole of the installation
Notification of claim under warranty must be by written notice of the defect, given within 28 days of the date upon which the discovery of the defect ought reasonably to have been made.
